The Main house is a building of the so-called “Indiano” style (big houses
erected by the rich American returned emigrants). It was built in the twenties
as the principal residence of the country state. It has been rehabilitated
recently.
The
Main
house has in its ground floor a large living room
,
a hall, a kitchen-dinning room and a bathroom with shower. An oak staircase
communicates it with the first floor. This floor has
a double bedroom (bed 1,35),
and three
single ones (one bed 1,20;
two beds 0,90), a
main and complete bathroom and a gallery.
Except
for the bathroom’s floor the rest of it is made of burnished wood.
All the bedrooms and the main bathroom have an exterior view.
The house has central heater and hot water, a salamander stove, washing machine and dryer, vitreous kitchen with oven, fridge, electrical household appliances (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and electric iron); complete cutlery and chinaware for twelve persons, kitchen utensils and sheets, blankets and towels. Its furniture mixes tradition with modernity.
It has also a small garden with a table, benches and a parasol.
