Welcome to the South House

The South House represents the popular “Asturian style” with galleries that look to the south and has capacity for 4 persons. 

The house has in its ground floor a living room, a kitchen, a dinning room and a complete bathroom. A wood staircase communicates it with the first floor. This floor is made of burnished wood and it has a living room and two double bedrooms (one bed 1,35; two beds 0,90). 

Except fot the bathroom, all the rooms have an exterior view. 

The house has central heather and hot water,  a stove salamander, washing machine,  vitreous kitchen with oven, fridge, electrical household appliances (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and electric iron); complete cutlery and chinaware for twelve persons, kitchen utensils and sheets, blankets and towels. 

Its furniture mixes tradition with modernity. 

It has also a small garden with a table, benches and a parasol as well as a communal vegetable garden with swings for the children.
