MAIN HOUSE (5 people)

HIGH SEASON: €123,20 per day, including taxes.

LOW SEASON: €103,75 per day, including taxes.

MEDIUM SEASON: €119,71 per day, including taxes.

SOUTH HOUSE (4 people)

HIGH SEASON: €98,56 per day, including taxes.

LOW SEASON:  €87,79 per day, including taxes.

MEDIUM SEASON: €95,77 per day, including taxes.

These prices are effective until December 31^st, 2007 and they refer to the whole rental of each house (individual rooms are not rented).

HIGH SEASON: Includes from July 1^st to August 31^st, Christmas and National and Easter Holidays.

MEDIUM SEASON: Includes June and September.

LOW SEASON: Includes the rest of the year.

We have a program that gives 20% discount: SIX NIGTHS or more IN LOW SEASON.

We offer special rates for pensioners and retired people in the low season.

MINIMUM STAY: TWO NIGTHS.

Only complete fifteen days will be allowed in July and August.

An additional fee of 4 euros per pet per night will be charged after informing the owner of El Collau.

30% of the total price must be deposited in order to secure the reservation. Upon arrival, the customer will fill out the necessary documents and will pay the rest of the fee plus a security deposit which will be in accordance with the number of days of the stay. This security deposit will be kept in deposit and will be returned in full unless there is any material, order or setting damage when the customer leaves.

The rent includes: bed and bathroom linen, bathroom utensils, electricity, central heat (between October and May), garden maintenance, kitchen utensils, tableware, silverware, glassware, cleaning utensils, complete furnishing and cleaning service on arrival. During the stay, daily cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer wants cleaning service he or she must tell the owner in advance. If the house is returned in bad condition (i.e. cleaning or order) or if there is any damage either in the interior or the exterior of the house a fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

Arrival time is between 4 pm. and 10 pm.

The house must be vacated before 12 noon without any exceptions.
