1. Desde la playa de Miño seguir dirección a la playa de Perbes
despues de pasar la playa de Perbes ,pasar el camping de Perbes seguir por la
carretera principal y cuando veamos un espejo redondo en un poste , desviarse
por ese camino que queda a la izquierda
2. Desde Pontedeume coger la carretera en dirección a Perbes. Al
pasar Centroña se llega a la parroquia de Boebre, cuyo núcleo principal es
Parga. Una vez pasadas todas las casas se llega a una recta y se coge una pista
a la derecha sin señalizar que termina en una punta que entra en el mar (Punta
Carboeira). Allí se encontrará una explanada donde aparcan los coches. Por
entre los matorrales hay un hueco y unas escaleras de tierra que bajan a la
pequeña playa.
3. Desde la rotonda que primero divisamos desde el pago en el
peaje de la Autoviagirar a la derecha dirección Perbes y exactamente a 4.5 kmllegaremos al desvio
que nos lleva a la Cala de
Insua
